The First of the Zero Waste Seminars Was Held in Antalya

As part of the "Zero Waste" project launched by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization last September to reduce resource waste and use resources more efficiently, the first of the "Zero Waste We Added Value to the Future Seminars" planned to be held in 10 provinces was held in Antalya on February 23.

In the written statement made by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, it was stated that the project, which aims to control waste within the framework of sustainable development principles implemented by the ministry and leave a clean and developed Türkiye and a livable world to future generations, will be implemented in 30 pilot cities. It was stated that if it is recycled, it will have a positive contribution to the economy, and the contributions of the Zero Waste Project to the economy are explained through applications.

The event, which was held at the Cultural Center in Antalya, the first pilot region, was opened by Undersecretary of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, Prof. Dr. It was performed by Mustafa Öztürk.
