Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI) has published its entire "2023 Integrated Annual Report", which includes the financial and non-financial performance of 2023, prepared with the theme "Look Closer", in four languages.

Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI), which transparently covers the operations of 12 countries in its geography of activity, published its 2023 Integrated Activity Report, which was announced in Turkish in March, in four languages: English, Arabic and Russian.

Discussing the financial and operational results of its activities, future business targets, business plans in line with these targets, sustainability approach and the progress made in its commitments in its fourth Integrated Annual Report, CCI used the theme of "Take a Closer Look" this year.

Karim Yahi, CEO of Coca-Cola Beverage, said, "Last year, we encountered many difficulties due to natural disasters, economic difficulties and political unrest in our operating regions. However, the strength of our business model enabled us to overcome these challenges. We have taken important steps by integrating financial, operational and sustainability principles into our daily workflow. This report has been a very good resource for those who want to take a 'Closer Look' at all of our activities. rPET use, water efficiency and renewable energy projects came to the fore in the report

For the report that reveals the power of CCI, from financial results to the ratings given by credit rating agencies and the awards won by the company, Karim Yahi summarized the important steps they have taken in the environmental field with the following words: "We started producing with recycled PET (rPET) for the first time in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan in 2023. We improved the water usage rates to 3 percent in line with our targets, which is also the condition of our Sustainability Linked Bond that we issued in 2022. In Bursa and Uzbekistan in Turkey, We accelerated water recovery projects in Çorlu, Lahore in Pakistan, and Madaba in Jordan. We installed solar energy panels in KPGF and Multan in Pakistan, and wind turbines in Çorlu. By the end of 2023, we reached a total annual green energy usage rate of 8 percent by the end of 2023. Became a role model in the sector with its Equal Pay Certificate

For the report summarizing the innovations in social issues that constitute the other half of the 2030 Sustainability Commitments, Karim Yahi continued his words as follows: "As CCI, being deemed worthy of the 'Equal Pay Certificate' by the Equal Pay Association is a development that proves that we have integrated equality into our business processes. As the first bottling company in the world to receive this certificate, we have focused on expanding the female talent pool in recruitment in 2023. We are dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Republic and By expanding the "Proud Faces" program that we started in Turkey to include our other operations, we hope to increase the employment of women in new hires and in managerial positions by 2030. We have included the details of this project comprehensively in the report. As a result of all these efforts and thanks to the focus in our employment policy, we have managed to increase our female population in the workplace by 5 percent in 2023.
