Bagless Delivery from Migros

Migros invites its customers to support the protection of nature by adding a new step to the "Bag Free Shopping Movement" that it started last year.

With the pilot project it will implement in Migros Virtual Market, Migros Immediate and Macroonline operations, Migros delivers the orders of its customers who prefer bagless shopping in specially prepared bags, and after each delivery, the bags are taken back, disinfected and reused.

In this application, which does not have any product or number limitations, customers add to their order note that they want to shop without bags in the Migros application. Thus, while not paying the price of a plastic bag charged at 0.25 TL or a cloth bag charged at 3.75 TL, it also contributes to the protection of the environment.

Migros takes back the environmentally friendly bags used in e-commerce orders after delivery and disinfects them each time. Thus, the bags can be used many times in delivery processes and the products are delivered to customers in the most hygienic and environmentally friendly way.

The bagless shopping application, which was implemented as a pilot in selected locations, will be expanded throughout Migros e-commerce operations according to customer feedback.
