Applications
Applications are received electronically via the web page http://yesil.cevko.org.tr/, paper is not accepted.
Only signed with the "Letter of Undertaking" stamp and delivered to the award process secretariat along with a photocopy of the signature circular.
Answers to the application questions and their attachments must be added to the application system in full.
Determining Valid Applications
The award process secretariat pre-checks and requests any deficiencies from the companies.
Companies are obliged to complete the deficiencies before the deadline. Those who do not apply in accordance with the specified rules will be excluded from evaluation. Additional information and documents may be requested after the preliminary evaluation.
Valid applications are approved through the system and transferred for jury evaluation. Applications that appear on the jury screen are examined one by one by the jury.
Jury Evaluation
The jury makes a two-stage evaluation:
1. Evaluation (Jury File Evaluation and Scoring): The jury examines the application files of the companies, scores based on the evaluation questions, the scores the company received from all jury members out of 100 are calculated and the applications are arranged in order of scores to create the first list. The institutions that make it to the finals are announced.
2. Evaluation (Visit and/or Presentation Evaluation and Scoring): In the second evaluation, the companies (at ÇEVKO or the company) are asked to make a presentation by the Jury. The jury may also want to visit the company directly on site. (The Field Visit is carried out by a committee consisting of at least 3 members from among the Jury members who evaluate the File.) The final list is created by adding up the scores. The awards to be given are determined according to the order of points.
Award Ceremony
There are two types: Green Dot Industry Award and Green Dot Incentive Award.
The information in the application files of the applicant companies, jury evaluation results and scores are not disclosed to third parties.
The determined awards are presented to the winning companies at the award ceremony.
