Participation Conditions
The competition is open to the participation of associate, undergraduate, master's and doctoral students studying at universities. Those who graduate in 2025 will also be accepted as students.
The competition application will be made through the competition website, and the application form, information text regarding the processing of personal data, and student certificate must be uploaded to the system at the application stage and delivered to the competition secretariat by cargo.
Students can participate in the competition in two ways. Individually or as a group (for group participation, all group members must be students).
It is a prerequisite that every project participating in the competition be original. The "Declaration of Originality", which is a declaration that it is original, must be signed by each student.
Competition applications must also be submitted electronically.

You can participate in the competition with more than one project. The following participation process will be carried out separately for each project.
Student Certificate

A photocopy of the student ID showing student status or an official student certificate obtained from the relevant institution/department. For students who graduated in 2023, a certified photocopy of the graduation certificate must be attached.

Project Summary

The project introduction file should be a file describing the purpose, objectives, implementation process, results and originality of the project.
Project Report

The introductory summary of the project should be prepared not to exceed 150 words. If the project is ranked, it will be used for promotional purposes.
Project Files

Documents and images that will explain the project in detail should be uploaded in PDF, MP4, high-resolution JPG format. It is the applicant's responsibility if the files contain any viruses or do not work.

The copyrights of award-winning projects belong to the project owner. The organization organizing the competition (ÇEVKO Foundation) has the right to exhibit, publish and archive the participating projects.
