What is Green Dot?
“Green Dot” is a registered mark that you can use on your packaging and/or printed documents.
What does the Green Dot mean?
Green Dot; It is an international sign symbolizing the financial contribution of industry to the recycling system. The "Green Dot" mark on a package means that the economic enterprise that puts that packaged product on the market makes a financial contribution to the recovery system.
Who can use Green Dot?
All companies that market packaged products in Turkey can use the Green Dot logo.
I want to use the Green Dot sign. What should I do?
All authorizations of the Green Dot logo in Turkey belong to the ÇEVKO Foundation, companies that want to use the brand and use it pay an annual fee together with the Brand Sublicense Agreement made with our Foundation. The contract price for 2025 is 15,550 TL + VAT.
On which products can I use the Green Dot mark?
The Green Dot contract is not a product/brand based contract. The company can use the Yeşil Nokta brand on the products it launches in Turkey with a single contract.
I am an importer. There is a Green Dot mark on my imported products. What should I do?
The 'importer' company, which puts the products in the imported product groups on the market, has the right to use the brand in Turkey by making a contract with the ÇEVKO Foundation.
How many Green Dot contracted companies are there in Turkey?
Nearly 1600 companies in Turkey, under contract with ÇEVKO, use the Green Dot logo on their packaging and printed documents and share with consumers that they contribute financially to the recycling system.
Can I use the Green Dot sign without a contract?
Yeşil Nokta Brand is a registered trademark and All authority in Turkey belongs to ÇEVKO Foundation. It is not possible to use the Green Dot logo without a contract.
